Wishing everybody back at work this week a fabulous one 🍾🍾
How I'll be spending my weekend... in the tub. 😎

Zoom classes are over (hopefully FOREVER) so it's time to relax in preparation for the return to face-to-face teaching next week. Bring it on! πŸ’ͺ
Happy Easter! 🐰🐣 I've been quiet over on he Happy Easter! 🐰🐣

I've been quiet over on here this week because I've had the week off work and focused on seeing as many friends in gardens as possible (not to mention trying to scrub up my own garden to be ready to welcome guests soon). It turned into a surprisingly none-stop week with not much relaxing but I am so grateful to have been able to see so many people in the space of the week. It has been exactly what my heart needed.

Now for a day of relaxing and eating chocolate... and probably a bit of gardening for good measure. Happy Easter! I hope you all managed to find time to see some loved ones this week too. ❀

I'm attempting to turn my patio backyard into a Greek-inspired spot to relax in, come the nicer weather. If I can't go to Greece this year then I'll bring it to me instead! I can't wait for more sunny evenings spent in my garden like last night. β˜€οΈ

I'm making a lot of discoveries while decorating my garden, like how expensive everything is!! I think it might end up being the most costly part of my house. Have plants and flowers always been this expensive? πŸ˜‚
Today marks one year since lockdown 2020 kicked in Today marks one year since lockdown 2020 kicked in, and I'm sure we will be experiencing all the feels! So instead of looking at what I've 'lost' this past year, I'm going to celebrate the positive things instead.

I am a different person to who I was a year ago for all the best reasons, and while I feel like I have lost myself sometimes, I need to remember that actually I have evolved to the next level of my being and that is pretty darn exciting!

Celebrate your wins, not your losses. This past year has been a tough one but there will be nuggets of gold to be found when you look. ❀
Lots to do this weekend but I like it here. πŸΆπŸ’•
