If you wait on other people, you'll wait forever. If you wait on other people, you'll wait forever. At least that's how I feel nowadays... Everyone gets older, gets different responsibilities and priorities, and gets very busy! So sometimes when you want to do something you just have to do it by yourself. • I have seen so many more awesome West End shows in the past couple of years because I started making it a regular thing to nip down to London for the day and see the shows I was desperate to see (after all, they're not all on forever). It's my little dose of 'self-care for my soul'. So since I waited 20 years for one of my favourite films to be made into the @princeofegyptuk musical, there was no way I was missing out on the opportunity. So I booked a spontaneous trip down to London to see the show and I also managed to squeeze in a couple of catch ups with friends while there! (Win win!) My bank balance may be low and I may still be catching up on sleep from the week but my heart is full. Do the things you want to do NOW. There's no day but today. ❤ I hope you're all having a lovely weekend guys!

Well last night was a slightly different kind of W Well last night was a slightly different kind of Wednesday evening... 🍸🎶 I was kindly invited to @grantleyhall_ to enjoy their promotional jazz night. We drank cocktails (mainly mocktails cos ya know, designated driver life), ate delicious Pan-Asian food and listened to jazz music all in the beautiful surroundings of @barrestauranteightyeight and Valeria's Champagne & Cocktail Bar. Happy Hump Day! 🐪 This week has unintentionally Happy Hump Day! 🐪 This week has unintentionally turned into a very busy one and I'm struggling to keep up with myself 😅 but it's all made up of good creative things and my week has accidentally become really stagey! Tomorrow is my day trip to London to see @princeofegyptuk and I can't wait!! I saw another show on Monday night spontaneously @wwryuktourofficial at Bradford Alhambra and it was bloomin' brilliant and tonight I am going out to enjoy a Jazz Night at @grantleyhall_ - A week full of so much art and music is good for the soul. 🎶 How are you keeping your soul happy this week? 🖤
